Artificial Atlas editorial

Write for people building with AI.

Bring us an original, useful idea about the systems, products, and decisions shaping practical artificial intelligence.

The brief

The best AI writing makes the reader more capable.

Artificial Atlas publishes reporting, analysis, tutorials, case studies, and informed essays for people who build, evaluate, and use AI. We are interested in what you learned by doing the work, not in generic summaries of what already exists.

What we accept

A strong submission has a reason to exist.

01

Original thinking

Bring a point of view that comes from direct experience, careful reporting, or defensible analysis. We do not publish rewritten search results.

02

Practical value

Give the reader something they can understand, test, compare, or apply. Concrete examples matter more than broad predictions.

03

Evidence and clarity

Support important claims, disclose relevant relationships, and write for an informed reader without hiding behind jargon.

Editorial territory

Topics with real consequences.

We cover the layer between an AI announcement and the decision to use it.

How it works

From a sharp pitch to a published article.

01

Pitch

Send the central idea, intended reader, proposed structure, and the experience behind it.

02

Editorial review

We assess relevance, originality, evidence, and fit with the Artificial Atlas audience.

03

Draft

If accepted, we agree on scope and you write the complete article with source links.

04

Publish

Our editors refine the piece with you, add the author profile, and prepare it for distribution.

Your byline matters

Clear attributionA visible byline and appropriate references to your work, without turning the article into an advertisement.

Submit a pitch

Start with the idea.

Do not send a complete draft first. A focused pitch lets us align on the reader, scope, and evidence before you invest more time.

We review every relevant pitch. A response is not guaranteed.

Before you send

Submission questions.

Who can write for Artificial Atlas?

Builders, researchers, founders, operators, designers, analysts, and experienced practitioners with a useful perspective on AI can pitch. A large audience is not required.

Do you accept previously published articles?

No. Submissions should be original and unpublished. A pitch may build on your prior work, but the article itself must be written for Artificial Atlas.

Can I include links?

Yes, when they support the reader. Promotional, affiliate, paid, or manipulative links are not accepted. Relevant relationships must be disclosed before publication.

How long should an article be?

Length follows the idea. Most useful submissions are between 1,200 and 2,500 words, but clarity and completeness matter more than a target word count.

Will every pitch receive a response?

We review every relevant submission, but volume may prevent an individual response to every pitch. Please send one focused idea at a time.
