These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Artificial Atlas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at Artificial Atlas, its catalogs, editorial content, accounts, personal libraries, sharing features, and related services.
By accessing or using Artificial Atlas, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Artificial Atlas on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Terms at a glance
- Artificial Atlas is an independent discovery and community platform, not the developer or operator of the third-party resources it lists.
- Review a Skill, MCP server, repository, package, endpoint, and its permissions before installing or connecting anything.
- Your Saved list is private. Collections and Stacks start private; sharing one makes the selected information available to anyone with its link.
- Respect applicable law, intellectual-property rights, rate limits, and the security of the service.
- Catalog information, automated signals, and service availability can be incomplete or change without notice.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where applicable. Do not create an account if local law does not permit you to do so.
Artificial Atlas supports sign-in through the providers offered on its login page, including Google, GitHub, and Discord. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in provider account and devices, keeping your profile information accurate, and promptly addressing unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your Artificial Atlas account or impersonate another person or organization.
You may browse public catalogs and editorial content without an account. Account features are optional and include a profile, Saved items, Collections, Stacks, sharing controls, export, and deletion.
2. What Artificial Atlas provides
Artificial Atlas organizes public information about AI capabilities and connected systems, publishes independent editorial content, and gives signed-in users tools to curate a personal library. Catalog records may include publisher-provided descriptions, repository and website links, versions, package or remote declarations, activity metrics, and third-party audit signals.
Artificial Atlas is a directory and organizational layer. Browsing, saving, or placing an item in a Collection or Stack does not install it, execute code, connect to an endpoint, grant permissions, or verify that it works. Stacks are planning and curation records, not executable environments.
The service is independent and unofficial. A listing, ranking, label, link, or editorial mention does not create an affiliation, partnership, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement by Artificial Atlas or by any third party.
3. Third-party resources and your responsibility
Skills, MCP servers, repositories, packages, remote services, websites, documentation, and other linked resources are created and controlled by independent parties. Artificial Atlas does not control their code, availability, data practices, licensing, updates, security, or continued compatibility.
Before using a listed resource, inspect its source and documentation, confirm its identity and license, understand every requested permission, and test it in an environment appropriate to the risk. Never provide credentials, tokens, personal data, confidential material, production access, or destructive permissions unless you have independently determined that doing so is necessary and safe.
Audit results and other automated signals are limited observations from their stated provider and time. They can be incomplete, become outdated, produce false positives or false negatives, and do not guarantee safety. Missing information is not an approval. You remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for your systems and use case.
4. Catalog and editorial accuracy
Catalog information can originate with publishers or public repositories and may be normalized, enriched, delayed, or unavailable. Versions, activity counts, descriptions, links, status, compatibility, and other fields can change between updates. Editorial content reflects the information and judgment available when it was prepared and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice.
We may correct, reorganize, label, hide, redirect, or remove content when reasonably necessary for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, service quality, or platform integrity. We do not promise to preserve every listing, ranking, URL, version, article, or historical state.
5. Intellectual property and licenses
Artificial Atlas and its original interface, branding, design, editorial work, and software are owned by or licensed to the Artificial Atlas operator and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Third-party names, marks, code, documentation, metadata, and other materials remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners. Displaying or linking to a resource does not transfer ownership and does not grant you a license beyond any license supplied by the relevant rights holder. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.
You may link to public Artificial Atlas pages and quote brief portions of editorial material with appropriate attribution where permitted by law. You may not copy the site wholesale, remove attribution, misrepresent Artificial Atlas content as your own, or use Artificial Atlas branding in a way that implies endorsement.
6. Your profile, Collections, Stacks, and submissions
You retain your rights in names, descriptions, notes, profile text, messages, and other material you provide. You grant Artificial Atlas a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or follow your sharing choices. This license ends when the material is deleted, subject to reasonable technical retention and copies already made by others.
Saved items are private. Collections and Stacks are private by default. If you select Public or Unlisted, you direct us to make the shared fields available through an exact link. Anyone with that link may view, copy, or redistribute them. Do not place secrets, personal data, confidential business information, or content you lack permission to share in public-facing names or descriptions.
When you send feedback, corrections, or an editorial pitch, you represent that you have the right to provide it. Submission does not guarantee publication, compensation, confidentiality, attribution, or a response unless we separately agree in writing. We may use feedback about Artificial Atlas without an obligation to implement it or compensate you.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Artificial Atlas to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or encourage another person to do so;
- publish malware, harmful instructions, deceptive metadata, spam, fraudulent material, or content intended to impersonate or mislead;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or expose personal or confidential information about another person;
- probe, disrupt, overload, disable, or circumvent the service, its authentication, rate limits, access controls, security measures, robots directives, or technical restrictions;
- use automated traffic in a way that degrades Artificial Atlas, creates unreasonable cost, evades blocking, or prevents others from using the service;
- obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or credentials, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
- misrepresent catalog data, audit signals, rankings, or Artificial Atlas branding as a security guarantee or official endorsement; or
- use the service or a listed resource in a safety-critical context where failure could reasonably cause death, personal injury, serious property damage, or environmental harm.
8. Automated access
Reasonable indexing, linking, and interoperability must respect published technical directives and rate controls. You may not scrape, crawl, query, mirror, or repeatedly request Artificial Atlas in a manner that materially burdens the service or bypasses an access limit. We may throttle or block traffic based on volume, behavior, security risk, or operational impact.
Public endpoints and page structures may change. Unless we expressly provide a documented contract, do not treat an internal endpoint or response shape as a permanent API. Cache public results responsibly and avoid unnecessary repeat requests.
9. Reports, corrections, and removals
If you own or maintain a listed resource and believe its Artificial Atlas record is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or no longer available, contact us with the Artificial Atlas URL, the authoritative source, and a clear explanation. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority.
We evaluate requests in context and may correct, redirect, restrict, or remove a record. A request does not guarantee a particular outcome, and removing an Artificial Atlas page does not remove material from its original repository, publisher, search engine, archive, or third-party copy.
10. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Artificial Atlas. Maintenance, provider failures, security incidents, traffic spikes, source changes, or other events can interrupt access or make information temporarily stale. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every browser, device, resource, or integration.
We may restrict automated traffic or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect Artificial Atlas, users, third parties, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, you may contact us to request a review. You may stop using Artificial Atlas at any time and can export or delete your account through Profile settings.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artificial Atlas is provided on an “as available” basis. We make no promise that the service or any listing, audit, link, recommendation, article, version, package, endpoint, or third-party resource is accurate, complete, current, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Your use of third-party code and services is at your own risk. Artificial Atlas is not responsible for their acts, omissions, terms, privacy practices, data loss, security incidents, service charges, or effects on your devices and systems. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artificial Atlas and its operator, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, opportunity, or business continuity arising from your use of or inability to use the service or a listed resource.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights. The scope of any remaining liability is subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you browse Artificial Atlas, use an account, organize or share a library, or contact us. Third-party resources and linked sites apply their own privacy terms.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as Artificial Atlas evolves or as legal and operational requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. By continuing to use Artificial Atlas after updated Terms take effect, you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
