LexLint: compliance lint for AI, scraping, and privacy law

Your own UnGovr Open Data key, which LexLint checks against UnGovr's key store and meters per request: an account key on the daily allowance it shares with data.ungovr.org, a trial key on its one-off trial allowance, which does not reset.
